Congratulations to Frances Moore and Gary Huang (pictured above) for successfully achieving their 3rd Kyu and to Keagan Tran and Noah Mardoquio (pictured below) for successfully achieving their 4th Kyu at the IFKKA Senior Grading held on Saturday 28th September at Kuro Obi Dojo.
I am so proud and humbled when I watch KKC Karate students grow and develop in their martial arts; they have all worked hard to achieve their grades. Congratulations and well done to you all, OSU!
Note the next senior grading will be held on Sunday 3rd May 2015 not the last Sunday in March as usually scheduled.
Once again Canada Bay Council asked KKC Karate to hold a karate clinic as part of their school holiday activity program. We had a great time with 17 participants aged from 5 to 12 years old pictured below.
We spent 2 hours giving the kids an introduction to karate and finish it off with a bit of sword combat, which is always good fun. Be sure to check the photos in the gallery clickhere.
